About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Vice Principal in preparing daily teacher substitutions.
• Help oversee student discipline along with the Vice Principal.
• Take a lead role in the conduct of school examinations.
• Track remedial classes along with the Principal and Vice Principal.
• Conduct classroom observations within the department and submit reports to the Principal.
• Help coordinate sports, games, and extra-curricular activities, both school and inter-branch.
• Take allotted teaching classes regularly.
• Check copy books of the department at regular intervals and report observations to the Principal.
• Track remedial classes conducted by teachers and submit observations to the Principal.
• Participate regularly in meetings and discussions led by the Principal.
• Coordinate with teachers regarding syllabus completion and submit reports to the Principal.
• Be prepared to lead the school in the absence of the Principal and Vice Principal.
• Meet parents of the department and help resolve issues according to school norms.
Requirements
Strong academic and administrative background.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Prior experience in an ICSE/ISC school preferred.
Ability to manage academics, discipline, staff coordination, and parent interaction effectively.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable contributing to the value-based and cultural environment of an established Anglo-Indian school.
