The Principal's Message

Julien Day School was founded by Mrs. Grace Julien, an eminent teacher of her time in the year 1947, it took shape of a High School in 1969. Julien Day School, Ganganagar was founded in the year 1976 by Mrs. Shiela Evelyn Broughton, our Managing Trustee. It is an Anglo-Indian Minority School owned and managed by Julien Education Trust. The Trust consists of eminent educationists and people of great repute from the Anglo-Indian Community.

Julien Day School, Ganganagar has been educating children for the last 48 years, preparing them for ICSE and ISC Examinations. The school offers three streams, namely, Science, Commerce and Humanities. The school has been instrumental in the academic success of its students, achieved 100 percent Pass results in the Board examinations, All-India Rankers in ISC as well as ICSE and awardees in all fields and disciplines.

The school endeavours to ensure a high quality learning environment and has a holistic approach to education. The four branches of the Julien Day Schools, namely, Elgin Road, Ganganagar, Kalyani and Howrah, compete every year for the George Broughton Memorial Shield which includes participation in Sports, Athletic meets, talent contests such as Spelling Bee, Quiz, Debate, Vocals, Elocution, Dance and Drama.

Julien Day School, Ganganagar believes in blending Literary and Cultural activities as well as Community service, at the same time emphasising on discipline and leadership qualities.The teachers of the school are highly qualified and professionally trained for their duties of facilitating education. They participate as well as conduct workshops in order to abreast themselves with the current trends and stand by the children as their support, guide and counsellor.

The school fraternity work as a team and strive to fulfil the dreams and aspirations of every child so that they attain the knowledge they require to be successful citizens of our nation, thus adding meaning to our moto, ‘knowledge is power’
